Creating "Common" Folder

Question
-
I am trying to follow some tutorials for making Windows Store Apps and several of them have mentioned that if I delete the MainPage.xaml file and then add a new blank page, a folder called "Common" will be created with certain useful files. This worked once, but has never worked again for me. Why might this be? Is there a setting I can search for that will restore the function of creating the Common folder?

Upon more careful reading, it appears my problem was not reading carefully enough. Creating a "Blank" page doesn't create a common folder, but creating a "Basic" page appears to. Hopefully this solves my problem.

Hi Ryan,
Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.
Since this issue is related to the Windows Store, so we will move this issue to Windows and Windows Phone apps forum: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsapps/en-us/home?category=windowsapps , you will get better support.
Best Regards,

Hi Ryan,
Exactly, creating Basic page will automatically create Common folder and put missing files inside.
