hello,

That's often cause by bad application design, which ends up in memory leaking, so first check your code if you close & destroy all unneeded objects.

SQL Server itself won't cause such errors.

Hi nitraw26,

Could you show more things about your issue? Could you share the code to clarify how do you update large amount of data by VBA program? What data do you want to update?

You should also make sure the VBA code is right and then physical memory is enough. If the data is too large, you could consider splitting them into smaller pieces to avoid error.
