  • Question

  • Hi All,

Am bit confused to use TDD in N-tire app design, if it simple app <g class="gr_ gr_24 gr-alert gr_spell gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling" data-gr-id="24" id="24">okey</g>, when it getting bigger structure it bit complex to development

I have some set of question regarding TTD.

    1. Why we prefer TTD first, before get into real code design, we have to follow some rules(GWT- Given, When, Then )?

    2. Usually which layer we have to write TDD?<g class="gr_ gr_26 gr-alert gr_tiny gr_gramm gr_run_anim Punctuation replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="26" id="26">,</g> then followed by <g class="gr_ gr_25 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="25" id="25">real</g> code.

Note: In my design has below layers

    • UI : MVC
    • Business : C# library package
    • Data access: C# library package
    • Service layer : C# library package
    • Shared code : C# library package

    3. Advantage, I hope some enhancement may be small, that time we no need to go and check all scenario manually, just RUN TTD we can get how many scenarios passed and how many failed.

    Thanks,

  • there is a big blunder in the mvc application in TDD. MVC is a closely coupled application. Please do contact Microsoft and there guidance , before software customer will come to know about.

Other do with proof of concept in asp.net 4.5.
