  • Hi Sam,

    According to your description, my understanding is that you want to create a new outcome button in SharePoint 2010 Designer, so that, the new button exists at the bottom of the task form.

    After adding the approval action, click the approval task name, you will see ‘Task Outcomes’ section. In this section, you can create a new outcome button based on your requirement. Then you need to make a connection to the button and an action by clicking ‘Change the Behavior of a Single Task’ in the Customization section.
