  • in small basic when you enter command shapes.zoom it says on the right


    Zoom
    Scales the shape using the specified zoom levels.  Minimum is 0.1 and maximum is 20.
     
    Shapes.
    Zoom(shapeName, scaleX, scaleY)

    shapeName
    The name of the shape to rotate.

    scaleX
    The x-axis zoom level.

    scaleY
    The y-axis zoom level.

     Returns
    Nothing

    should that be resize or rescale not rotate.

  • SkidMarcUK, You are correct, there is clearly a typo in the help.  Add a reference to this thread or copy your observation in the 'Bugs to fix for v1.0' sticky thread so the developers of SB will hopefully catch it for the next release.

  • It zooms in on the object, so when you zoom in a picture, the image is zoomed. I guess you could say resized.

  • reposted it in the bugs section. love the help bar on the right. still find it invaluadle but have to look at helpfiles and such to check how to use properties and events  would have been nice to have examples for properties and events in small basic not just operations though.
