Kinect V2 Sensor for windows shutting down when change USER

Question

I worked on a program with Kinect V2 coding by C++.

Server sent signal every 300ms, and client called Kinect V2 to save depth and RGB images.

With same OS USER, Kinect works normally.
Kinect shutdown when I  monitor by remote desktop or login Windows  with other USER.

Are there any solution for the situation?
