How do I call On-Prem hosted Custom Web APIs from Logic Apps RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

How do I call On-Prem hosted Custom Web APIs from Logic Apps?

I have tried Hybrid connections in the Web API or API Apps where you can setup to access On-Prem endpoints, but cannot find the same thing for Logic Apps?

    Any Ideas?

  • You can actually invoke any web API from the HTTP connector in Logic Apps. This can be a SOAP or REST API, or anything really. An example of invoking a SOAP API can be found here. They would need to be public APIs then, but you can of course use authorization, e.g. using a key in the header of the http request.

    Hope this helps,

    Hi Jesse

I know I can call public APIs.

My question was about calling On-Prem hosted APIs, which after investigation, it is something still in the Logic App Back log to support Hybrid connection.

    Thanks

    Aram
