How do I get clickonce working in google chrome browser ? RRS feed

    Hi,

     

    Do you mean the Clickonce publish doesn’t work in google chrome brower? But this is unbelievable. The publishPage is just an html page.

     

    Could you please explain this requirement?

  • It's ironic that Chrome itself is installed with Microsoft's ClickOnce technology, but they don't support it in their browser themselves.

    However, there was a add-in announced recently that you can try:

  • this seems indeed to work, although there is one issue with the plugin, which I mentioned on the page of the author as a comment:

    the link for the click once application does not only launch the click once application but als causes a post back (refresh) of the page, which is unexpected and unwanted behaviour
