GetVocabulary for ethnicity-types coming back with invalid format RRS feed

  • I'm trying to request the ethnicity-types vocabulary type and getting an error telling me the message format is invalid. Here is my request message. What am I doing wrong?

    I tried changing the fixed-culture node value to false as you suggested, and still received the same error response.

    I also tried removing the record-id and offline-person-info nodes, and also still received the same error response.
