Container Failing to Run RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    Tried to fill out a support request, but received a cryptic message about contacting cloud service provider.

    The issue we're experiencing (and this has occurred on several occasions) is that sometimes a newly deployed container will completely fail to run, and logs show as "Unavailable", so it's very difficult to troubleshoot.

    Any attempt to switch back to an older image or stop and start the service has no effect.

    The only solution appears to be waiting for several hours for the problem to resolve itself, after which the app starts running again normally.

    Obviously this is far from ideal, and if this were to happen in production, would be greatly problematic.

    Sorry to hear the trouble you are having with your containers.

    Can you please share the details on your setup so that we can assist you better with the issue.

    -Is your Container setup an AKS or other?

    -Where are the containers pulling the images from?
