If you are starting with ASP.NET, this forum is the best place. You can use social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums or stackoverflow.com also.
2- which language is the best one for the beginners? 3- what about vb.net is it good for web desighning ?
If you are familiar with VB.NET, you can use it with ASP.NET as back-end language.
