Consistent Error After filling out W-9

Question

I am trying to monetize my stream on Mixer and need to fill out the w-9 form. Every time i have tried over the past 2 days I get the error;

We can't complete your request right now. Please try again later. Message 81000 (556037ae-da6e-46c0-9617-2a5105a2a960,1)

Is there any other way to go about this? Or what do I need to do to fix the issue.

Hi

You could open a free support ticket about this here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic and select Account setup and management for issue type. Then you could talk with the team to see if this issue is related to the store side.
