Finding value of "% Time in JIT" RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

    I am trying to find out the performance counter value of .Net CLR JIT (attribute is "% time in jit") using WMI classes Win32_PerfRawData_NetFramework_NetCLRJit.

    The values obtained from Perfmon(Perfmon.exe) and WMI class are different.
    Is it necessary to apply some calculation / Formula on the raw values so that both the values are equal?

    Any response is appriciated.. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks

  • Why not use PerformanceCounter class?

    var counter = System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounter(".NET CLR Jit", "% Time in Jit", "yourprocess");
    double value = counter.NextValue();
    Console.WriteLine(value);
