Detect connected device and copy file to it from Win .Net application RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are developing a .Net application that will run on a PC and, upon the user pressing a button, load a data file onto a Win CE 5.0 device which is connected to the PC via a USB communications cable.  We want it to be able to detect whether the device is connected, and if it is, copy the file to a designated directory on the device.  I haven't been able to find any examples of ways to do this.  Is this possible to do and are there any examples out there I can use to get started?
