Globalization and Localization stored in a Database

I am new to ASP.NET and C#.  I recently developed a Web Site and now my User wants me to make in global.  Does anybody know where I can get a sample of a project that reads the globalization (?) and localization (?) stuff if it stored on a database?

I've already downloaded that software and unfortunately it did not work.  When I try to start up the Admin page, I get a blank page and a message at the bottom status bar of "Error on Page".

Is there something I am doing wrong?

It'll need  more info on what you're doing and how you arrived there.

I'd also recommend using the pre-release bits for version 2.x as they are the most up to date if you're not using those already. We're ready to release version 2.0 once there's a bit more documentation and walk-through video, hopefully next week.
