GETTING AN INCORRECT ROAD CHANGED RRS feed

  • Question

  • There is an issue with Bing Maps that is causing legal problems between neighbours. Bonlin Road in Princeton, BC is shown incorrectly, and it is causing MAJOR issues in the local area! THE ROAD ENDS AT 49.462791, -120.548876. I've been reporting this problem for two months, with no feedback or revisions. How do you get Bing to fix things!?!?!?!?!?

  • Hi 247,

To report a map issue through bing, go to https://www.bing.com/maps/ .  Enter the address that is not resolving correctly and have Bing Maps navigate to that address.  Once the incorrect image is showing, choose "feedback" in the lower left of the screen and fill out all of the information someone would need to understand the failure and then submit.

You have posted this on MSDN, the Microsoft Developer Network, and we have no power to change map data.  Such requests need to go to the data originator and the only way to do that is to report it through the Map UI itself.

    Sincerely,

    IoTGirl
