  • How would you like the output? In a table, or in a list box on a form, or in a text file, or ...?

  • The built in Database Documenter from the Analyze area of the Database Tools ribbon can do this for you, outputting the results as a report.  You would probably want to exclude many of the Options, and amend the report design to avoid too much empty white space, particularly if you want to send the report to a printer.

Thank you Ken this directed me to options I had overlooked (limiting the output "noise")

I would also like to acknowledge Daniel and Hans for their response, pointers to future documentation possibilities.

    regards
