So today I installed Windows 8 32bit preview on two systems I had laying around my house. First install was the Dimension, with the BASIC parts this computer comes with, it wasn't enough to run the OS. So I added 2 GB of ram and it loaded perfectly
fine, minus the graphic issue. The on board graphic was not good enough to give a good visual display of the OS, But everything worked, at times slow here and there but it was enjoyed.
Next install was the Gateway LT2104u netbook. This install went super smoothly, no problems installing it at all. Runs AMAZINGLY on it. Just one slight problem, none of the apps from the start menu tiles load....at all.
Posting this so who ever else may end up installing on these systems don't get confused or feel lost.

If you have a netbook with a 1024x600 screen Metro apps will not run. 1024x768 is the minimum for Metro apps.
Several people have reported that Metro apps can be run if you connect an external display that is 1024x768 or larger.
I have also discovered that once I connected the netbook to an extra monitor i had laying around that ALL the start menu tiles began to load and work like it was perfectly fine. I hope someone is Dev reads this and can someone address the issue.
