How does a Client report questionable business practices of a MS Partner? RRS feed

  • Scenario:

    The Client was billed 100's of thousands to deliver a Dynamics CRM solution.  The Partner is a well known Gold partner, has never provided the Client with any of their MS credentials (e.g. their MS ID, logins, etc..).  Has never received a solution and continues to receive invoices for work that is not approved.

    There's nothing on the web that indicates that MS cares about their end Clients and or provides some forum to report questionable business practices of partners.

    The 1800#'s don't help.

    Any thoughts?
