  • Question

  • Hi,

    Is it possible to change different cursor in InkCanvas for InkCanvas.InkPresenter.InputProcessingConfiguration.Mode = Inking/Erasing/None? Someone knows a good solution?

  • Hello Kiczmaker,

    Currently it seems it is not yet supported in InkCanvas class in UWP. Not like in classic desktop which has this property UseCustomCursor. Maybe you can use this feedback https://wpdev.uservoice.com/forums/110705-universal-windows-platform to submit your feature request.   However as the function itself works without problem and InkCanvas works better with input device(like a pen), I think you can focus on some other function first.

    By the way, I've tried the following code:

                Window.Current.CoreWindow.PointerCursor =
        new Windows.UI.Core.CoreCursor(Windows.UI.Core.CoreCursorType.Hand, 1);

    It does not work for inkcanvas.

    Best regards,

    Barry
