    What does the error below mean and how do I overcome it??? I want to install some software, but cannot, because of this error. Please advise

    Error 25015.Failed to install assembly

    C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.050727\Microsoft.VisualBasic.Compatibility.dill' because of system error: 0x80131107
