Regarding Unhandled win32 exception

Question

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008; When I am accesing internet after every minute I receive a message stating:

An unhandled win32 exception has occurred in svchost.exe[1104].

with two options

1)Set currently selected debugger as default
2)Manually choose the debugging engines.

Now if I enable JIT in VS.NET I'll be getting standalone windows
instead asking me if I want to debug with VS. In both cases (JIT
enabled or not) if I click on "OK" or "Yes/No" following thing will happen:

1. my wireless modem will be killed and cannot be detected anymore,
meaning no more internet.

Is it due to virus problem? or Is it because of hardware problem?
