Name of capital city of India

Question

I have been looking at the Bing maps of India. Delhi and New Delhi, the capital city of India is never seen in the maps. What is the reason behind this. India map shows Dadri,  and some other names which are not even mentioned in the any other map of India. I would like to know where did Bing maps get these names instead of the original names. Why Delhi is not even shown in the map of India.
