• If you have a support ticket open, you would appropriately get the "all clear" email. We are always working to improve our communications in the general sense, and appreciate your feedback.

Also, I would recommend an RSS feed to both our blog and this API support forum for timely updates.

• Why don't we get any alarm by email when something like that happens?

• My reports were running fine all day, and now, just at 11:30pm, they all started failing again. I get this consistently running the Campaign Performance Report:

SOAP error: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><soap:Envelope xmlnsTongue Tiedoap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns
:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"><soap:Body><soap:Fault><faultco
de>soapTongue Tiederver</faultcode><faultstring>Server was unable to process request. ---> |-199999|-1|Microsoft adCenter was unabl
e to complete your request. Please try again. If this problem continues, contact the adCenter Support Team for assistance.|</
faultstring><detail /></soap:Fault></soap:Body></soap:Envelope>

It seems like the same thing that others have been experiencing. Or is there a limit to the number of reports one can request in a day?

Thanks.

• It seemed to clear up again a little after midnight, and it has been fine since then.
