  • did you check Sharepoint log records? Is it so that after submitting survey users are really redirected to the same site where you gave Contribute permissions to everyone or maybe on some other site (you may check that from browser address bar)? Will it work if you will use Editor rights instead of Contribute for users?

  • Try Adding the Style Resource Readers group with read access at problematic site level, no need to add any users in it just add the group and then ask end users to test it.

    Thanks & Regards,

  • Hi imughal,

I have done a test in my environment and i cannot reproduce your issue.

    Do as Sharath suggested.

Make sure the Style Resource Readers group is in place and has proper permission at site level, that group should contain "Everyone" and "NT AUTHORITY\authenticated users".

Make sure Style Resource Readers has proper permission to the Master Page Gallery.

Make sure Style Resource Readers has proper permission to the Style Library.
