Issue with new user mail notification RRS feed

  • I am having an issue where MFA on-prem will not automatically generate an email to new users.  I have an AD group that I add users to which, once synced, the users get populated within MFA.  When the user is added, the "Send email" is checked and "Enabled" is checked. 

    If I uncheck these, and re-check them, the welcome email gets sent.  Shouldn't this email be sent as soon as they have been synced?

  • Well I soved my own issue but I will post explanation here.  So my mail welcome emails have an attachment included and I included the attachment on the template, i pointed it to my mapped drive.  So during the sync process it did not have access to this location but when I initiate the "send email" it must do so as me because at this point it does attach the file.

    Once I moved the attachment to a local drive and performed a sync, it sent out the mail.
