I agree every time I think.i have found the right department ,I,m wrong ....I,m disabled and from what my doctors say I may have two years at the most .now down to my complaint ,I bought a brand new HP-6 2326 s Desktop and I,m on a fixed income.
,it worked just fine until the forth FORCE install of Windows 10 .now I,m down to a stupid iPad mini wifi for access to the Internet .my question is who,s responsible for replacing my computer ,now I can,t even get into the boot system so I can reinstall Windows
8 which is what it came out with .i DID NOT want Windows 10 ,8 was fine &8.1 was fine but after the 4 th FORCE ISTALL it's down ,and I always get the same answer send it to a Microsoft tech or take it to the store where I bought it ,which is staples ,this

Wow. If all that is true then I feel that you indeed should be responded to directly by Microsoft.
However that will never happen especially since you mention this issue has caused you mini strokes. And therefore Microsofts legal and bean counter departments would never allow anybody from Microsoft to acknowledge anything to you due to legal ramifications
most likely.
So it is unlikely Microsoft will assist you in any way, shape or form.
I'm fed up with always having to allow MS/Akamai to use bandwidth I have to pay for everytime whichever one of them decides my system needs to receive "updates" on Win7 so I block all of their connection attempts as I only have 5GB a month data
usage.
I couldn't even consider Win10 with that data usage requiring Cortana now from what I hear. Plus Win10 scrapes systems to provide Microsoft with whatever data they desire to scrape really without user authorization which as far as I'm concerned should be
illegal since they use your bandwidth without your consent to upload data off your system.
As far as how to get your system back up that would depend on which OS you want to revert to. Plus I don't know how well an older OS being installed can deal with whatever Win10 did to a system so it's possible numerous files could be lost. And after that
you would need to have all updates installed for whatever OS you go to.
I don't know what "I can,t even get into the boot system" means. If that means your system will not boot up then possibly you could try booting in safe mode if that is available however from what I've read, especially if your system has SSD rather
than HDD, Win 10 is fast boot OS and normal key selections to boot in safe mode will probably not work. But if they did and Win 10 booted in safe mode then possibly this
Going back to Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 could work.
Otherwise it is likely you will have to access the Bios, which may still work when system begins to boot by selecting appropriate key on keyboard, and then setting Bios to boot off a USB device or CD/DVD drive which will need appropriate OS installer on
it to then revert to some other OS.
