Windows 8.1 App Beta Testing

    Question

  • Hi Support Team,

I am currently working on Windows 8.1 App and its about to complete , so I was doing research on how to submit a windows store app for beta testing. I want to send my app to client for beta testing and after their approval only I can make it live. When I searched on this, I found that right now there is no way to beta test Windows Store App. The only way is to use developer sideloading, its easy for me to do that, but I can't tell my client to do all such stuff. So can you please suggest that is there a way to beta test the Windows Store App with using Developer Sideloading?

  • The best way to is to sideload. We don't have any other methods than that.  It's not hard to do.

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.
