Unable to upload HLK package into dashboard RRS feed

    I am not able to upload HLK signed package into dashboard and getting following error. I am using HLK version 10.0.10586.0

    It looks like your package was created with an unsupported version of the kit. Ensure you're using a supported version of the kit and regenerate your package and try again. If you continue to experience the issue contact Sysdev@microsoft.com.

    We are not aware of anyone else seeing any related issues submitting 10586 packages, so please do reach out to Sysdev@microsoft.com for help with your scenario.
