We have configured Azure online RMS for our on premises SharePoint farm successfully but whenever we try to open the documents from IRM enabled document library, seeing the below message for all Word, PPT, Excel. Please let me know your inputs to resolve this.

Hi Kasula,
You can check out the 'Prerequisites for the RMS connector' section of the below article that states the importance of Azure AD Sync:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/information-protection/deploy-use/deploy-rms-connector
Azure AD Connect can be configured using Express Settings as detailed in the below step by step article:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/active-directory/aad-connect/active-directory-aadconnect-get-started-express

Hi Kasula,
Did you sync the On Premise Active Directory with the Azure Active Directory using Azure AD Connect. This is quite an important step for getting the RMS connector to work.
