ToggleSwitch IsOn Binding does not notify source when using twoway binding RRS feed

  • Question

  • It seems that the IsOn property does not support TwoWay binding (it does not update source).  Is this by design, or a bug?  I will use Toggle Event for now.

    Thanks,

  • Hi,

    Does the class implement INotifyPropertyChanged whose property is bound to IsOn ?

  • Works for me, can you suggest a repro scenario I could try?

    I did this:

                <ToggleSwitch x:Name="toggle1" IsOn="{Binding ElementName=toggle2, Path=IsOn, Mode=TwoWay}" />
                <ToggleSwitch x:Name="toggle2" IsOn="{Binding ElementName=toggle1, Path=IsOn, Mode=TwoWay}" />

    Since IsOnProperty is a DependencyProperty, it shouldn't give you any trouble.
