How to connect a VM to a web app. IP conflict generation

Hi there, 

I build my app in a VM who works fine in the IP 104.214.10X.XXX. Them i start to configure the web app to migrate my .com.br domain. I follow the tutorial and create the A and CNAME in my DNS provider and it´s also work fine. DNS Propagation is algo ok!

But the web app is giving me other IP Address 104.214.11X.XX (I set this at dns zone!). 

What i did wrong? Or i have to connect my resources with my web app?

Just for clarification, I would like to know,

Are you deploying your web app on Classic or ARM VM?

Which IP address you are configuring for VM?

Could you please provide us the document which you are following to do the same?
