Exclude URL from Search

I have to exclude one URL from search-result. eg: http://excludeme

What should I use?

1) Crawl Rule to exclude from Crawling itself

2) Query Rule to exclude from Results

It depends on:

• if you never want to use this result source -> 1)
• if you want to exclude it on a specific component -> 2)
