SharePoint 2013 - Search Results RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have some lists on my root site that I don´t want them to appear on search results. How can I do that?

    I also have some subsites where pages and lists are ok on the search results but it also displays several *Disporm.aspx and I would like them to do not appear on results. How can I do that?

  • If you go to the list settings for each of the lists you don't want to appear in Search results there is a setting under Advanced Settings labeled 'Allow items from this list to appear in search results? '.  Set that to no and those items will no longer be crawled.  I believe it will take awhile for them to age out of the current search results.  But they should disappear in a few days.

    For the pages you want to specifically remove the easiest way is probably to go to the Remove Search Results link in the search service.  Under that link you can list specific URLs that you want removed from Search Results.  Check this article for specific details:
