How to convert a Deskband (dll application. no exe files) to UWP (windows store) RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have a windows Deskband (x64 based) that I would like to convert to UWP (Windows store) APPX file.

I already spent several hours trying to do this with Desktop Bridge without success. Looks like there is no support to register a DLL file. Anyone knows a working way to do this??

    Please help!!

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi evplugln,

Executable file is one of the prerequisites for packaging an app with Desktop Bridge. So it seems impossible for packaging a DLL file to the Store.

For more information about the packaging prerequisites, please see the article: Prepare to package an app (Desktop Bridge).

    Best Regards
