Thank you for using Azure Cost Management by Cloudyn. After
changing the RateID, you will need to open a support ticket to recalculate past data as the change only affects future data by default. Please follow these steps to open a ticket and our team can assist:

Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: Billing > Cloudyn Legacy
