Rate ID change

    Question

  • Hi,

    we just changed out rate ID for our three subscription how can we get the data refreshed on the dashboard?

  • Hello Dario,

    Thank you for using Azure Cost Management by Cloudyn. After changing the RateID, you will need to open a support ticket to recalculate past data as the change only affects future data by default. Please follow these steps to open a ticket and our team can assist:

    • Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: Billing > Cloudyn Legacy
