  • Question

  • I must have accidently deleted my Windows system 32 file.  I cannot add or delete programs non or do anything for that matter.  Is there a way that I can get it back without having to reboot the whole computer?

  • Hi megbainbridge,

This forum is for Windows Server 2008 Application Compatibility and Certification.

However I'll update you, once I have more information on the issue.

  • Hi megbainbridge,

You can try recovering them by going to the recycle bin, right click on the file and click restore.

But, if you are not able to do the above mentioned way, you will need to get your Windows OS CD and reinstall (not reformat) the operating system. You may have to get your manufacturers recovery CD as well, to install all the drivers.

    I hope above information helps.
