Outlook 2010 - How to view changes to a Calendar Meeting (who last edited) RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have a need where client wants to see calendar meeting audit trails like who (list each one) last modified it.  From other Outlook forum response it looks like there is no OOB option.

So has anyone done this via the API; does Outlook store this type of metadata (last modified etc. audit trail) and make it avaialbe via the API?

    Thanks for your help.

  • Only the last time and modifier are stored on an item (LastModificationTime in the Outlook object model, or "DAV:getlastmodified" for PropertyAccessor, "http://schemas.microsoft.com/mapi/proptag/0x3FFA001F" for PR_LAST_MODIFIER_NAME_W for PropertyAccessor).

You would have to maintain your own audit trail in a user property or attachment on the item.
