At the moment I have Expression studio 2 with Blend 2. However, as I have founf out I really need Blend 3 to be compatible with my VS 2008. However, I can only find an expensive upgrade to Expression studio 3. Is it possible to ONLY buy blend 3?
As a comment I do not think that persons with Expression studio 2 should pay that much for Expression 3.
