Blue screen - Microsoft Windows Embedded Compact VErsion 7.00 (Build 2864). RRS feed

Answers

  • Somebody must have programmed a blue screen, because a blue screen DOES NOT EXIST in Windows Embedded Compact. Are you absolutely sure you are using Embedded Compact?

Can you show us what it looks like?

  • Correct, as Michel points out there is no such thing as Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD) in Windows Compact, so it must just be that bootloader has set the screen to blue.  If it stays for a longer period of time that you expect, then you should discuss it with the OEM of the device.
