New Azure Portal Error RRS feed

  • I have used the new portal before without issue but now when I browse to 'Web Sites' all I can get (in multiple browsers) is

      Website extension failed to load - Refresh the browser try again

    Browsing to other services just give me the following

      We couldn't find any items :-(

    I can find no other error information in the event logs.

  • The problem occurred on multiple machines and from different environments, work and home. It finally just magically started working a few days later.

    Does your issue has been fixed now? This issue didn't appeared on my side, so I think this issue may be caused by your machine environment, please try to clean session and cookie. Hope this helps, if not, please feel free let me know and give more details.

  • I also have this problem. The old portal works fine. The new portal gives me this error when loading anything related to Web Sites. I have tried different browsers, and also borrowed a colleague's computer. It works with his account, but not with mine. We are both co-admin for the subscription in question.

    These are the XHR calls failing with HTTP 403: 
    https://websites2.exp.azure.com/api/Websites/ListWebsites 
    https://websites2.exp.azure.com/api/Websites/ListWebHostingPlans 
    https://portal.azure.com/AzureHubs/api/resourceGroups

  • Even after 2 and half years these kind of errors do exists.

    Strangely TAM has asked me to open a premium ticket.

    TFSextension failed to load

    Microsoft_Azure_Network extension failed to load

    Microsoft_Azure_Compute extension failed to load
