We are currently using Office365 along with CRM Dynamics 2013 Online and are unable to send emails through CRM. It times out and the emails do not go anywhere. I have read about an Email Router but I'm completely unsure of what needs to be done. I
have a case number open with Support (Case# 1229969545) as I need some help determining if our CRM email setup has been done correctly or how to resolve this issue.
