Agent Desktop: DESKTOP_ERR_IN_LOAD: Error while loading Desktop. RRS feed

  • We have installed CCF 2009. When we open Agent desktop it is going below error in CCF.log

    we have done below steps mentioned in Installation guide:
    - Run RegisterCCFServices.bat in the DCS Server machine, by passing the CCF Server name as a parameter
    - Update the CCF Database, using the SwitchOnDCS.sql script
    - Update the AgentDesktop.exe.config, by commenting the endpoints, updating the "DCSDISCO" with DCS Server and uncomment the DCS related config entry


    Also in Installation guide they have mentioned

    You must edit the configuration files of all CCF 2009 web services, before using DCS. Following are a list of the web services in CCF 2009:

  • What did you spesify for the service installation path?

    Have you checked under Program Files/icrosoft CCF 2009/Web Services

  • Thanks for reply. All CCF related Services are under C:\Inetpub\wwwroot. Now we are getting below error while accessing AgentDesktop on client machine.

  • Hi,

    I also experiencing same issue in my environment.  I deployed CCF 2009 SP1 server and client in single machine itself.  After installing and post installation configuration, i launch the agent desktop and i got the below error.
