Custom Ribbon

Hi,

I am trying to develop custom Ribbon(for excel and word) for Office Online. Not able to do it.

1) Office Online support Custom Ribbon? If yes any ref. link?

2) Android mobile support custom Ribbon?

Hi,

Firstly, Apps for Office is not Office Web app (Office online). An app for Office is basically a webpage that is hosted inside an Office client application. You can use it to extend functionality of a database, document, email message, meeting request, appointment, presentation, project, or spreadsheet. (From Overview of apps for Office)

As far as I know, we could not customize the ribbon of Office Web App. PWA (Project Web App) 2010 Ribbon is customizable according to Walkthrough: Customizing the PWA Ribbon and Accessing the JS Grid. It should be deployed as a SharePoint solution.
