Adding Connection Points To A Service RRS feed

  • Question

  •

I have successfully added a service into my Acropolis application.  However I did it in code through the ServiceProduction attribute.  There is no corresponding XAML file to go with my Service.  I would like to expose some of the service commands and properties as Connection Points so that they showed up in the Design View of the Service.

Also it would be nice if an Acropolis Service could express a dependency on another Acropolis Service.  The Part classes that depend on my service do not neccessarily need to go through the Connection Points since the Part is provided with a reference to the service interface that the Part just calls directly.

However as I mentioned commands and properties of the service interface do not show up in the Design view as Connection Points.  Is this currently iplemented ?  That is can I declare Connection Points in the Service code or add a XAML file for the service and see the Service Interface show up in the Designer ?
