going to build help desk web application

hi All,

i am currently working in a company in internal application, and going to build an online help desk system for company. And i've to create client and server view of the application.

so can you please help me on this, will you please tell me what technologies will be needed to build this application.

what are the best things i can add in my help desk system.

Next:You can use ASP.net with SqlSever/Express/MsAcess

accutually i am a vb.net developer and this code is in CS, and i am not sure what is the difference b/w cs and vb. but i hope i'll learn something from this proj.

sir would you please tell me that should i use a plane web site or it should be a web service.and .net framework 2.0 and sql server2005 is sufficient or not?
