One thing you post your post in wrong section, you have to post in section web forms.

You can use bootstrap for responsive.

    Hi,

You go to update your CSS to make your forms responsive. Please check below links which explain this case.

    Windows Form?

Besides, When you ask questions, please describe clearly include all necessary code snippets and provide the corresponding steps and code when others need to reissue your questions. This will help people to analyze the problem better.

There is no "other way". If you want to style your web page to be responsive, you need to learn CSS.

You have mentioned "win form" a couple of times. If you are actually creating Windows Forms and embedding them in a web page somehow, you will not be able to make it responsive. If you are using the visual designer to position and style server controls in Web Form (.aspx file) you need to understand what HTML the server controls render to, and learn how to control that through CSS.
