Combining two different unique identifiers on the same master table and get different results for the master description field

Question

Hi,

I am trying to combine two unique identifiers from two different tables with one master table. Both of the unique identifiers pull back different descriptions when joined with the master. Is there a way for me to be able to join both unique tables with the master and pull back the two different pieces of description information?
