    Welcome to the MSDN Forum.

    First of all, there must be a locating device or something else which can tell you where you are on your computer.

    And then, get the location from the APIs the vendor supported. 

    At last, find this location on a map, whatever google map or bing map.

  • MOst websites use the gateway where you webserver is located to automatically determine where you are located.  That may be a city close to where you live but not your exact coordinates.
