    I am trying to modify the List.cs.t4 template located C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Professional\Common7\IDE\Extensions\Microsoft\Web\Mvc\Scaffolding\Templates\MvcView by placing in the CodeTemplates\MvcView folder within the project, but it is not being used when generating files.

    Is this the correct location?
